1. Scope and Acceptance of Policy
This Refund Policy governs the procedures and conditions under which a purchaser (“Client” or “you”) of consumable goods (the “Products,” specifically coffee) from the BandCrewBrew website (https://www.bandcrewbrew.com) may request a refund. By placing an order for Products through the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and limitations set forth in this Policy.
2. Policy on Returns (Consumable Goods)
Due to the nature of the Products being food-grade consumable goods intended for a fundraising purpose, BandCrewBrew maintains a strict no-return policy. We cannot accept, process, or re-sell any Product once it has been shipped from our facility. All sales are final, subject only to the specific refund provisions detailed herein.
3. Eligibility Criteria for Refund Requests
A Client may be eligible to request a refund, provided the following mandatory criteria are met:
- Request Period: The refund request must be submitted to the Company within five (5) business days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted beyond this period shall be automatically denied.
- Submission Method: Requests must be formally initiated by sending an email to bcb@infinibrew.com. The email must clearly state the Order Number and provide a detailed, non-abusive explanation for the refund request.
- Shipping Costs Exclusion: All costs associated with shipping and handling are non-refundable. Any approved refund amount shall be limited exclusively to the purchase price of the Product(s) as listed on the original order invoice.
4. Refund Policy Abuse Prevention
To preserve the financial integrity of the fundraising effort and prevent potential misuse of this provision:
- Refund Frequency Limitation: A Client is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) approved refund within any rolling period of ninety (90) calendar days.
- Any subsequent refund request initiated by the same Client within this ninety-day period following a successful refund shall be reviewed under the strict application of this limitation and shall typically result in an automatic denial.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receipt of a valid request, the Company shall review the submission in accordance with this Policy.
- Approval and Remittance: If the refund request is approved, the Company will initiate the credit transaction to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Processing Timeline: The Client acknowledges and agrees that the time required for the reversal of funds to be reflected in their account may take up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of approval, subject to the processing standards of the Client’s financial institution.
