1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Illyrian Importers, LLC dba Infinibrew (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.bandcrewbrew.com website (the “Site”) and any related services. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Products and Fundraising Purpose
2.1 Products: We offer high-quality coffee products (the “Products”), such as the “Drum Major Special” medium roast, for sale on the Site.
2.2 Fundraising Mission: The primary purpose of BandCrewBrew is to serve as a fundraiser for the local Grapevine High School Band Booster (the “Beneficiary”).
2.3 Donation Policy: With your coffee bag purchase, 80% of the profit is donated directly to the local Grapevine High School Band Booster. This donation is calculated based on the net profit derived from the sale of the coffee bags, after accounting for the cost of goods sold and related operational expenses. Purchases made through the Site are sales of goods, not tax-deductible charitable contributions directly from the purchaser, unless otherwise specified and documented.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Products are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Site, the Content, or the Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
4. Purchases and Payment
4.1 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
4.2 Payment: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, WooPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Paypal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
